Maybe if I post our intended menu, I’ll actually stick to it…
Monday: Nut crusted chicken & rice pilaf
Tuesday: Burgers, stuffed with bacon & mushrooms, & baked fries… with the Dobies!
Wednesday: Shrimp scampi (trying this again…hopefully it doesn’t turn into super lemon shrimp again)
Thursday: Clean meatloaf & mashed sweet potatoes
Friday: Spinach & sausage pizza
Saturday: Chicken a la King wraps
Sunday… no clue… 6 days is almost too much for me to plan 😉
