Homemade Pizza Sauce

As you may know, I’m slowly transitioning to healthier eating.  But… Cody still loves pizza.  I was able to satisfy his cravings after going gluten free, with a new crust recipe & a new brand of pizza sauce.  I’ve been reading a lot about the Paleo diet, so I’ve been paying attention to processed food… which led me to read the label on the pizza sauce in the fridge-  250 mg of sodium…. 10% of the daily value! In just 1/4 cup!  Honestly, I was shocked.

So I went searching for a homemade pizza sauce recipe.  Because I really wanted pizza, but I didn’t want it to kill me. And I worry about Cody’s sodium intake.  Luckily, All Recipes was there for me- and I was able to customize the recipe (thanks to a comment) to make a batch of dry mix for future use.

And so, you get 2 recipes at once!
