Baked Apple

Here’s an easy, healthy snack that totally satisfied my dessert craving.  You can add more ingredients if you want, but plain cinnamon was delicious.

Baked Apple

Adapted from Cooking for Engineers

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • cinnamon
  • optional: brown sugar, raisins, butter

Directions:

  • Slice the apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon (and/or brown sugar, raisins & some butter)
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes for a tender-crisp apple, or 35 minutes for a softer apple
