Here’s an easy, healthy snack that totally satisfied my dessert craving. You can add more ingredients if you want, but plain cinnamon was delicious.

- 1 apple
- optional: brown sugar, raisins, butter
- Slice the apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon (and/or brown sugar, raisins & some butter)
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes for a tender-crisp apple, or 35 minutes for a softer apple
